Potential Lower tear. Explaination of sensation
Hypothesis. Tear in Front/Side Fascia
Overstretched/tensioned area of fascia currently.
Hypothesis. Tearing of the superficial fascia of penis
Potentially Torn section possibly propogating down under to perenium
Notice the longer extension, uneven height, change in skin texture and constant redness.
Notice the clear boundary/transition from taut healthy penile shaft skin to lax skin with no support from the under fascia completely around the base of the shaft. This is notable as normally the scrotum skin starts and is all completely below the shaft and not surrounding it.
Red boundary showing the main area of concern around the base of the shaft. injury is consistant on both sides.
Blue lines defining the shaft of the penis. This section normal has fully connected fascia. Therefore the visual should indicate a clear sign of destressed skin and with just a bit of touching or video you can tell the the fascia is not present in a this region.

Green dotted line of future fascia tear. Orange boundary of webbing skin.
Question to doctors: Does this area contain fascia? Or is it skin that has detached from the fascia?
Fascia Still intact
Erect. Taken 1 week after injury. Notice the section of skin now has vertical stretch marks indicating the direction of strain.
Newly stretched section clearly showing and I believe indicating the initial section of fascia being torn. As time when on it slowly propagating. Erections and masturbation certainly caused the tear to increase as well.
Hypothesis. Tearing of the superficial fascia of penis
As far as I can understand, this lower protective fascia has been torn and no longer serves the purpose of protecting from pressure. I can easily feel everything with my fingers that this section would normally mask. The tension is gone. Sitting and moving become uncomfortable and painful.
I wish urologist and doctors could understand how much this affects my life and all motions. THe pelvic floor is a core component of nearly all movement patterns and therefore an injury to the fascia here is felt in all these core movements. This constant irritation is a heavy mental blocker from me wanting to perform any movements and truly serves to freeze me in place. My body is constantly saying to me. DO NOT MOVE.
